Overall Comment
The house was very clean and well supplied. The garage had multiple umbrellas, toys,etc for the beach. The golf cart was handy, but being so close we usually walked to the beach.

Home was spacious and clean. it is a close walk to the main Poland to the beach. the golf cart, chairs, umbrella, pool toys, beach buckets are all an added bonus!! There is also a sauna and workout facility on the property.

Beauty and the Flies

Martinique will always be special to us and we’ll still go back but the flies were horrific in September. The locals told us they tend to be bad in September and October. I wish we had known that. Also, the rotting seaweed was a big negative. It seemed like other beach areas were attempting to clean theirs each day. One local told me he wouldn’t get in the water when it’s that green. Martinique is still beautiful and our house was nice (the only negative about the house was the table. The finish is super sticky. We complained about it two years ago too. Please refinish that table.) but it really affected our trip not being able to use the beach area. I’m sure some of this was out of the managements control. Our agent who helped us with our reservations was very apologetic.

This home and the community are beautiful. Easy access to the pool and beach. Having the use of the golf cart, bikes and beach toys added to the freedom of not having to pack or buy/rent those things. Several families we were traveling with also stayed on properties within Martinique and we felt safe enough to let our kids walk or ride bikes to and from those other houses. Would highly recommend this location and this house.

Our first time at SeaNote, although we’ve stayed at homes on the crescent before, and at other homes & condos in Martinique on the Gulf! This home was pretty and perfect in almost every way! The home was very clean, but the DR tabletop was “sticky”...it may need to be refinished or painted. Other than that minor complaint, the home provided everything else we needed & more. I would definitely recommend this home to families that can utilize the bedroom set ups...basically two King suites with a bunk room upstairs. Also, we rented chairs & brought toys & tubes, but the owners had all of that in the garage, plus 3 bikes & a nice golfcart!

This was our third visit to Martinique and first time to rent a house. SeaNote was a real gem. Conveniently located to pool and beach walkway... beautifully furnished... fully equipped( from kitchen utensils to beach toys... they have it all)
And to top it off a golf cart!!
We love the whole Martinique resort... more quiet beach setting but still close enough to Gulf Shores/ Orange Beach attractions Our family’s go to place!!

This was our third vacation at Martinique! We have loved every time and each place has had their own uniqueness! We love the sea note for its location being so close to the beach and the larger pool. As was expected everything was wonderful and we will definitely be back again! We will never go anywhere else but Martinique when we come to Gulf Shores!

We had a cancellation of one of the condos that we had booked at the Martinique and were very disappointed when we weren't staying right on the ocean, HOWEVER, we couldn't have gotten luckier actually! This house was beautiful with an awesome balcony, patio and porch! Just a 2 minute walk to the pool and beach. Plus a golf cart that we could use to travel there with the kids and all of our beach and pool things. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for cooking and meals. There was even chairs and umbrellas for the beach! The house was so spacious, clean and well kept up. The landscape at the Martinique is just gorgeous. This house is the PERFECT location and we had the greatest, most beautiful vacation! Perfect for a family with little kids!

We completely loved staying at Seanote at Martinique. The home was spacious and beautiful, clean and stocked with everything needed. It was a quick walk to the exercise room, pool and beach. It was very quiet and peaceful which really appeals to us. We could stroll the premises and get on our bikes for some great rides. We hope to stay much longer next time.

We love Martinique on the Gulf! We were very happy with cleanliness and safety protocols in place by the property management. This was the first time we noticed the upstairs was much warmer than downstairs. I should have mentioned it when there, but you might check it out. All other crescent homes we have stayed in have not had this problem. We just covered up and had a great time anyway!

We enjoyed staying at Seanote immensely. We were 4 houses from the pool/beachwalkway. Every house had a golf cart which made it lots of fun. We would go on golf cart cruises every night. The beach was not overly crowded and the pool overlooking the dunes was so nice. The property manager was helpful and responsive. The kitchen was fully stocked with any type of dish/appliance we needed. So clean and comfortable. We are definitely coming back!

We had a wonderful vacation. The house was beautiful, roomy - met all our needs. Kitchen well stocked with appliances, dishes, utensils, etc. Golf cart is fun and useful. Lots of things to do. Only suggestion I have is to have beach towels there. And Kitchen is not stocked with any spices - not even salt and pepper - so be prepared for that. We would definitely stay here again.

Second Time Around...

This was our second year to stay in this same house :-) we had a few issues but management made it right with us. Love the SeaNote because the location it is perfect for the outside pool and beach!! Martinique is a little drive when you want to go in town (about 15-20 minutes) and I was tired of driving since it takes us 12 hours to get there but the property is worth it. Didn't realize until the day before we leave there is a store literally 2 minutes to the left turning out of the property lol with EVERYTHING you could need. We ran to the Dollar General every day 10 minutes one way down the road. SMH lol. All in all this is a great place! I do hate that the pool closes at 10PM that is a BIG issue I have. Im on vacation I am not trying to go to bed at 10PM! Alot of people had something to say about that. Maybe they will change it.

This Crescent Home is beautifully decorated, comfortable and the location is convenient to the Beach, pools and other amenities at Martinique. The quality of the furnishings is top notch with custom linens, comfortable chairs and sofas and attention to detail.

Family Vacation at Seanote

We have stayed at Martinique before but this is the first time at SeaNote.
The house is in a great location-very close to outdoor pool and gym and beach. The house is beautifully decorated and very clean. The owners had just installed a new air conditioner. We had access to beach chairs, umbrella and even beach toys. We also had access to 2 adult bikes and 3 children’s bike, which my grandchildren enjoyed. I would highly recommend this house.

Everything was in fairly good conditions..... The staff up front are AMAZING.... The only complaints are an old range, in an otherwise updated kitchen. Also, the gas grill is in poor shape, but there is one fairly close by the pool. The grounds are meticulously maintained. We booked next year before we left.

Really enjoyed staying in this house, especially the upstairs front porch! House was completely as described and the kitchen was recently updated. Two pools in complex and close to beach. Staff and maintenance were prompt and knowledgeable about any requests. Great place to unwind.
