Great condo and wonderful property!

Overall Comment

We have never been to this area before so I was a little nervous when I turned down the main hwy to the property but it ended up being the best weekend. The beach was beautiful and not crowded which I expected with it being spring break in some areas. The condo was very clean and it had really pretty decor. We took advantage of the Dollar General less than a mile away and got food at a resort nearby. We will definitely be back in the future.

A great visit

Overall Comment

Martinique and this condo were everything we hoped for. We wanted to get in a beach trip just before the 2024 spring break masses arrived and this was a great choice. The Martinique property is beautiful and this condo could not have been better. If you are looking for packed beaches, jet skis, boom boxes, late night parties etc., this is not your place. If you are looking for a first-rate property to enjoy beachfront living without the usual downsides, this is a good bet.

Condo with a Gulf View

Overall Comment

The Condo was lovely, freshly painted, comfortable, and quiet. The view of the Gulf was amazing! We enjoyed the easy access by way of boardwalks to the beach. Other residents/visitors were friendly. We enjoyed a hike at Bon Secour, the fort at Fort Morgan, the Naval Aviation Museum at Pensacola, the Gulf Shores Zoo, and many restaurants in all the nearby towns.

Awesome Stay

November turned out to be a great time at Martinique. The daytime temps were perfect and the pickleball courts were open any time we wanted to play. The condo was extremely comfortable. The master bed and the rest of the furniture was very comfortable.

Two week stay was pleasant. Staff was very friendly, unit was very clean and modern. Beach was a short walk and not crowded. Balcony view was ok, slightly limited by tree and building. Only issue was frequent loud stomping in unit above. Awakened every morning at 6:30am by stomping back and forth. Other than that a very nice place to stay. Would only rent third floor next time.

Ft. Morgan and Martinique are the best places on the Gulf! The lack of dense, crowded beaches and miles and miles of protected beach are unique assets among any U.S. coastlines. The unit at Martinique was superb, with the only difficulty being the electronics (AV/audio equipment). We'd recommend this unit and the entire complex to anyone interested in a terrific beach getaway and experience.

The condo was absolutely beautiful as was the pool and beach. We will definitely stay here again. The only negative I have to share is that the sheets in the master bedroom were not clean. There was sand all in the bed.

We love Martinique !! The lack of big crowds and nice open beach always makes for a great vacation. Our condo was decorated and equipped very nicely. The grounds are always well kept and clean. We will be back. Never had a bad experience here.
