This charming three story four bedroom, three full bath beach house offers over 2,500 square feet of living space, two porches, a crow's nest, and a convenient one car garage.

Downstairs you’ll find a spacious living room, dining room and fully appointed kitchen with breakfast counter, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher and laundry area with full size washer and dryer. Just off the living and dining room is a large screened back porch with plenty of outdoor seating.

In addition to the main living areas downstairs there are two bedrooms. The master suite with comfortable seating area and generous master bath with large garden tub, separate glass enclosed shower, double vanity and separate commode room. And the comfortable downstairs guest bedroom is just off the foyer and adjacent to a separate full bathroom.

Upstairs you’ll discover two guest bedrooms and a full bath. A few more steps lead to the furnished crow's nest with panoramic views of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Other features include 24 foot ceilings in the living and dining rooms, 10 foot ceilings in all other downstairs living areas, ceiling fans, central heating and air conditioning, and lots of storage areas.

Several maintenance issues; good resolution

We loved the size and layout of this home! New flooring, comfortable beds and seating for a large group. That said, we encountered several maintenance issues that created headaches for us while vacationing with family. One of the air conditioners stopped working. Two golf carts were provided but one blew a tire and was in such bad shape, we didn’t drive it. Large ants in the bathroom. Broken garbage disposal. But, the maintenance crew jumped right in and took care of most of these issues promptly. That’s why we rent directly from Aronov. With such heavy use in the summer, we realize these kinds of things are going to happen and would rent this home again.

Here Comes Vacation Time

Our family enjoyed staying in this beautiful house. We had a few glitches to start off, but all that we requested were taken care of. Tip: Always check with the company you are renting from about what and how many products are provided, such as toilet paper, dishwasher soap, paper towels so you don't have to make multiple trips to the store.

Loved our stay at Here comes the Sun! Property perfect for our group of 5 adults and 5 kids. All parties agreed we will be back!! 2 golf carts a plus- accommodation 5+. Also can’t say enough about Martinique complex and amenities. Thank you Tara for a great vacation.

Love Martinique. Family friendly, but private. Homes are so comfortable. The staff is very accommodating and helpful. This was our 5th time, and we will be back next year for 6!

Great Thanksgiving Vacation

We had a very enjoyable visit at Here Comes the Sun. This is our second year to stay in Martinique for Thanksgiving. Great weather, great house, and great service. We had a bit of a problem with the faucet in the kitchen which the maintenance man tried to fix. He was not successful so a plumber was called in to fix the issue. We were inconvenienced somewhat, but the staff made us a nice concession and we were more than pleased.

Overall Comment

We have stayed in this house for at least five years and at Martinique for at least ten years. The staff is more than helpful and has been responsive to our every request. A prior unit had a defective cook top eye and it was replaced immediately. Beyond that we can't remember any other problems.
