This home and the floor plan layout was perfect for our family group of 11. It was decorated very nicely and modern. The amenities of 2 golf carts, beach toys, beach chairs and gas grill were an added plus. The house is perfectly located between both swimming pools, fitness center and beach.
The only complaint I had was the mosquitoes �� were horrible in the house and surrounding area. Maintenance came and sprayed and I bought citronella candles to help.
Will definitely rent Coconut Cabaret again

Very comfortable & spacious home. Kitchen well stocked with everything for cooking meals. Really enjoyed the golf carts and pools.

We had a great time at Martinique and at Coconut Cabaret. We had visited Martinique before, but this was our first stay at Coconut. The house was beautiful, spacious, and filled with amenities. We didn't have any issues at all, and loved everything about our stay. We were very thankful for the 2 golf carts because with the large number of people we had (12), it was handy not to have to depend on one golf cart. We have already booked our stay for next year!

The vacation we planned was for our family to go with aunts, uncles, cousins and grandparents. The house was perfect for our large family. Lots of space for everyone! We were disappointed that the washing machine quit working and never got fixed during our time there after multiple calls. Everything else was great!

My family enjoyed our stay at Martinique on the Gulf. We were very satisfied other than an issue with parking. Family members traveled from four cities in 4 vehicles. On the street parking is not allowed and the management company strictly enforces the policy. The parking situation was very incovenient.

Overall a good experience. Would recommend to others. Could have used new carpet. Stains. My suggestion would be to not have carpet at all in a beach rental.

We love Martinique on the Gulf and have stayed in many homes over the years of going to this property. This time we stayed in one of the two largest, Coconut Cabaret. Location was great, super close to the beach and pools. Lots of sleeping options, towels and mostly well appointed. Two Gulf carts made travel to the beach easier. We would’ve liked to have more lighting in the living room, faster WiFi, and more flexibility on the AC (a lock-no lower than 72). We had 14 people stay here, age 72-0 and it was a good fit. We would definitely book this house again.

Was our first time staying in this beautiful home. Was perfect for our family of 12!! The home was clean and loved the porches if you just needed to get away for quiet time. The use of the two golf carts was wonderful as we take a lot to the beach for this family of 12. Will return again!!

Coconut Cabaret is a newly renovated 5 bedroom house with lots to offer. With 8 of us staying there we had ample room, dishes and even an extra refrigerator in the garage. This was our 2nd stay at this property and will return next year.

Our vacation was great! The coconut cabaret is the perfect vacation home for our family. This is the second year that we have enjoyed this beautiful home. We have been coming to Martinique on the Gulf for many years and would not go any where else! We have stayed in the condos and in two of the houses.
Every stay is better than the last!
